Septanest 4% – a highly effective local dental anesthetic containing articaine and epinephrine.

Septanest is widely used in both therapeutic and surgical dentistry due to its rapid onset and reliable analgesic performance. It provides effective pain relief for up to 45 minutes and demonstrates excellent diffusion into bone tissue, making it especially suitable for anesthesia of lower jaw molars and premolars. Its versatility allows usage in both routine and complex dental procedures.
