Every equipment and product purchased from Arash company will be delivered to you according to a specific time and rules. The delivery service operates 6 days a week. Arash Service employees contact customers and deliver the order to the address within the agreed time. The acceptance of the purchased product or equipment is fully checked in the presence of the buyer. Delivery within the city of Baku is free of charge.
After the equipment or product is acquired by the customer, the service employee of Arash company provides 1 year of free warranty service upon handing over the warranty certificate. The warranty certificate must include the sale date, the name of the equipment or product, serial number, and the signature of the Arash company representative. A delivery form is also prepared.
Delivery service is available to all regions of Azerbaijan. Since the delivery service is carried out by our own employees, we are responsible for the safety and integrity of products and equipment. By using cryo-containers, safe delivery is ensured when transporting products intended for refrigeration storage. The delivery period is from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
