Profhilo Structura is an innovative product designed to restore adipose tissue weakened by aging and to eliminate facial sagging and volume loss. Produced using NAHYCO® technology, this preparation creates a “lipolifting” effect, restoring facial volume, symmetry, and structural support.

Ingredients

• Low Molecular Weight Hyaluronic Acid (L-HA) 80–100 kDa: Deeply and intensively hydrates the skin.

• High Molecular Weight Hyaluronic Acid (H-HA) 1100–1400 kDa: Strengthens the skin and provides durable structural support to the tissues.

• Hybrid Cooperative Complexes (HCC): A complex of 90 mg pure hyaluronic acid combined solely through a thermal process, without chemical stabilizers (BDDE).

Indications

• Target concerns: Reduction of facial fat pads, skin displacement due to gravity (sagging), hollow cheeks, and loss of volume.

• Age group: From age 30 onwards when signs of aging begin, especially for the 40 and 50+ age groups where tissue laxity becomes more pronounced.

• Target audience: Patients with "sinkers" or "saggers" aging profiles who wish to naturally restore facial contours.

Application Area

• Regions: Primarily the preauricular (pre-ear) area, zygomatic (cheekbone) arch, and superficial fat layers of the face.

• Techniques: * Sinking Technique: Retrograde injection using a 22Gx50mm cannula (entry 2 cm from the tragus).

  • Sagging Technique: Combined injection into both preauricular and zygomatic areas using a 25Gx38mm cannula (entry 3 cm from the tragus).

Results

After injection, the natural volume of the face is restored, hollows in the cheeks are filled, and facial contours are lifted upward thanks to the “lipolifting” effect. Upon completion of the treatment protocol (2 sessions with a 30-day interval), the face gains a younger, symmetrical, and refreshed appearance.
